"After suffering from chronic debilitating migraines for some time, finding this office was an answer to prayer. With other doctor offices, I was given a prescription and sent on my way. I really appreciate how this office facilitated looking at several possible causes of my migraines. A couple of health issues were discovered that were easily treatable. This, along with a new prescription and follow up, I am thankful to report my migraines have decreased significantly and my quality of life is so improved. I am very thankful for NTINH."
"I could not be more impressed with every single person I have interacted with at NTINH: from speaking with Jada the day I made the appointment up to today (my initial visit) & meeting Dr. Le & truly everyone in between (I apologize that I cannot remember everyone’s names). My husband & I were immediately greeted & helped by warm & welcoming front desk folks upon walking inside the lobby. We arrived 30 minutes early (I’m a nerd) & after my urine screening, I waited maybe 3 minutes before being called back (my husband was allowed to come with me). Every single person I interacted with had an energy that felt safe & easy to be around. Everyone looked me in the eyes, & I felt genuine kindness & compassion in their tones, body language, & all manners in which they interacted with me. I have a very complicated body & thus health history, & Dr. Le handled it like a Type A+++ PRO. I have to juggle so very much with my HEDS/MCAS/more body & all all ALL it asks of my on a daily & nightly basis (no getting away from HEDS, even in sleep), & there’s just only so much that even I can remember (I must keep & maintain detailed records for quick access & ease of reference). Not only do I feel like Dr. Le heard & acknowledged each & every single thing I brought up with him that’s currently going on, but he is the only doctor I’ve ever seen that actually read & considered what feels like my entire complicated health history (this just about never happens, it is just so much to read, remember, & recall, even for me at times). He covered all the bases for how we need to proceed in order to properly diagnose, & went over them out loud so I could understand the how’s & why’s. I could not be more impressed with this first visit, & I am difficult to impress at this point, lol (though I am friendly regardless/I just don’t return if I don’t like the way an office is run and/or how I am treated, & move onto the next). I am truly looking forward to returning to NTINH, despite the fact that my diagnosis could end up being even more complicated & scary than everything I have already surthrived in life up to this point. I 100% recommend this office for other HEDS patients who are going & growing through multiple, overlapping congenital, neurological, & autoimmune health issues. "Dr. Okai and her staff are pure excellence to say the least. They provide awesome bedside manor and customer service all at the same time. I can ask any of them anything about my new treatment or any question I have in general. If they can't provide an answer they get someone who can. I always feel welcomed and right at home. Dr. Okai is brutally honest with me on every accord, doesn't hold back, and I am grateful to have a Dr. like her. I give her 1k stars, likes, and 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend ❤️"
"My mother started coming to NTINH about 4 years ago after 20+ years of dealing with chronic migraines. Before that she had done regular Botox injections in San Antonio for a couple of years, but then they started not working. And she has always been on a variety of medications on top of that. We are so glad we were referred to NTINH pretty quickly once she moved to DFW. Dena Miller was her provider until she recently left. Dena was amazing. She now sees Dr. Timm every 6 months for a follow-up to see how things are going.She has been doing xeomin injections the entire time with Dr. Sorin and his team. If it weren't for him and the xeomin I don't think she would feel as well as she does. She went from a pain level of 9 when she had migraine attacks to a daily pain level of maybe 3 or less some days. Her migraine attacks went down in frequency a lot too. She is still on other medications on top of this for the migraines and now allergies that started when she moved to DFW which Dr. Timm is also helping her with as they also cause her headaches...lolShe is also on a patient program which helps cover the cost of the xeomin medication as she had an insurance plan that did not pay for it before and now has no insurance so that has been an amazing program and we are very grateful. Overall, we would definitely recommend NTINH if you have chronic migraines. We know how tough it is to find the right help."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Sorin’s for more than 10 years. My headaches are so well controlled, I come from Austin to continue seeing him after relocating. I’ve watched this practice grow and add so many services and specialists. In this time, staff at all locations have always been punctual (I’ve literally never waited past my appointment time to be roomed), friendly and knowledgeable about any concern I have, medically related and all things billing/insurance. They are very responsive by phone or by patient portal and address any hiccups that arise quickly and professionally. Today, my care and interaction with Tony and Kianna have reminded me why I’m so grateful I’m a patient here!"

"I am so glad I made the decision to switch to NTINH. Dr. El-Hag has been phenomenal and efficient in helping me get on the right path toward better health and lifestyle changes. She is patient, understanding, and proactive. I have also seen Sara Freeman for Botox at the Frisco location, and it was a very pleasant experience.I recently visited the ACHE clinic after being in pain for well over a week. I called and left a voicemail, and a very sweet and patient nurse returned my call within 30 minutes to triage me and submit a request to the provider and my insurance. The initial call was about six minutes, and she followed up within 20 minutes to let me know I had been approved for a visit. They were considerate of my commute time (1 hour) and scheduled my appointment for an 1 hour and 20 minutes after the call.The young lady at the front desk was extremely kind, and I was seen by Paige (CRNA/provider), the MA, and Merlenna within 10–20 minutes of arriving. Everyone treated me with compassion and professionalism. Paige assured me that she would do her best to make sure I felt better before leaving, and she explained that if I needed a two-day procedure, I could return the following day.I have had an amazing experience with NTINH, and I am truly grateful for the care I received."

"I had such an incredible experience with the rheumatologist here, Dr. Rao! She actually thoroughly reviewed my paperwork before I arrived and took notes! She asked me thorough questions and really got a comprehensive view of my symptoms and how they are impacting my life. Some of her questions were very direct, my she made me feel heard and validated. Dr. Rao is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet with. She developed a game plan for seeking treatment and gave appropriate referrals."
